EPE FOAM
EPE Foam is a product of the extrusion of expanded polyethylene pellets or EPE beads, using a blowing agent to create sheets and rolls of foam.
S-Cell PE Foam is our own brand of non-crosslinked polyethylene foam. It is CFC and HCFC free and is fully recyclable. It is a medium to heavy density foam with a range from 25 Kg/m³ to 140 Kg/m³. S-Cell Foam is a cost-efficient solution for cushioning, insulation and barrier applications. S-Cell Foam is highly resistant to grease, oil and other lubricants. Water and moisture absorption is practically negligible due to the foam’s non-cross linked cell structure. S-Cell Foam is available in white, pink and anti-static grades. S-Cell Foam comes in a standard width of 500mm. However, it can be supplied in any length and in any depth between 1-100mm.

EPE FOAM ROLL, SHEET, BAG
We offer S-Cell EPE Foam rolls and sheets with thickness from 0.5 mm. up to 10 mm. We also offer laminated sheets for customers who require foam more than 10mm thick. EPE Foam protects items from being damaged by water, chemicals, fungus and static, so the items will always remain in excellent condition. These superior properties and the ability of EPE Foam to absorb large amounts of shock, make EPE Foam an excellent solution for packing and shipping articles.

EPE Foam profile can be designed to various shapes such as pipe, rod , U Shape, L Shape and T Shape. Special shape can be designed upon request.

Fruit Net EPE Foam is lightweight yet tough, flexible and easy to use, hygienic and non-toxic, moisture and abrasion resistant, economical and reusable and offers excellent chemical resistance. It is an ideal solution for fruit packing.
